UK fungi limited edition RISO print & handout

Throughout February I challenged myself to draw a different fungus every day, focusing on varieties to hunt for in UK woodlands. My plan was to use drawing as a way to get through the month, keeping me connected to nature and giving me something fun to do in the evenings. I’ve gathered the weirdest and most wonderful of these fungi into this limited edition RISO print. Printed in the UK using eco-friendly, soy-based inks, it combines delicate hand-drawn illustration with rich, vibrant colour. One of the things I love most about Risograph printing is that each layer of colour is slightly misaligned, creating a beautifully textured, organic feel.

The print comes with a list of all the different species, along with folklore and facts I researched whilst drawing them. I wanted to share the intriguing, strange and funny facts I discovered and hopefully spread a little fungi love in the process.
